Morocco is an all-year surf destination. All year is good for beginners, the winter months are especially good for intermediate and advanced because Morocco offers bigger, consistent swells. The spring/autumn is best for intermediate. Summer offers small waves, good for beginners.

If you book a multi day package, you’ll have 3 meals a day, bedding, towels, surf gear, transportation to the surf spots, daily surf teaching, Imssouane day trip, sand boarding and daily yoga.

Surf Awakening is located in Aourir, aka Banana Village. For the ultimate local experience this is the best option in this region. From Aourir it’s just minutes walking to some surf spots, one of our favorites is Banana Point. If you’d like to visit Taghazout, we can arrange a taxi, just 15 minutes by car.

For the 7 days package the taxi transfers from the airport or bus terminal are included. The price when it’s not included is €20 one way.

You don’t! We got a variety of surf boards and wetsuits, including soft-top boards for beginners and hardboards for advanced surfers. However, you’re welcome to bring your own gear if you prefer, there’s nothing like surfing in your favorite wetsuit or riding your own board.
